Mortadella200 g

Homemade cheese150 g
Eggs4 unit(s)
Milk250 ml
Oregano to taste
Butter20 g
grated cheese150 g

We cut the bread into pieces. Place them on a baking sheet greased with melted butter.
Add the chives and mortadella, finely chopped, crush the feta cheese and add it to the pan as well. Drizzle with melted butter.
Beat the eggs with the milk and pour the resulting mixture into the pan.
Bake for 25 minutes. Then sprinkle with grated cheese and oregano. Bake for 10 minutes.
