- Boiled egg3 unit(s)
- Canned hearts of palm cut into slices1/2 cup
- Carrot cut into sticks cooked al dente1 cup
- Green beans, cut into pieces, cooked al dente1 cup
- Chopped Pickled Cucumber1/3 cup
- Chopped Green Olives1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise3/4 cup
- Bunch of parsley (leaves only)1/2 unit(s)
- Canned corn1/3 cup
- Very small clove of garlic1 unit(s)
- Sea Salt to taste
- Start by preparing the seasoned mayonnaise. In a blender or food processor, beat the mayonnaise with the parsley and garlic until smooth. Reserve.
- Cut 2 eggs into cubes and 1 egg into 3 parts (for decoration) and set aside.
- In a container mix all the ingredients with the seasoned mayonnaise (except the eggs to decorate)
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Serve on a platter, decorating with the egg pieces and parsley sprigs.
