Chicken breast800 g
Eggs2 unit(s)
Cooking cream200 ml
Cheese150 g
Olive oil to taste
Thyme to taste
Pepper to taste
paprika to taste
Salt to taste

Cook the potatoes in salted water for 20 minutes.
We put them on a tray. Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces. Fry them in a little oil for 10 minutes over moderate heat.
Add salt and pepper. Pour them into the pan over the potatoes.
Pour the beaten eggs with the cream, salt and add a little black pepper, sprinkle with thyme and paprika.
Sprinkle generously with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 35 minutes.
