Potatoes6 unit(s)
Butter1 tablespoon
paprika to taste
Oregano to taste
Ground pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Lemon juice1 tablespoon

Wash and sanitize the potatoes.
Cut through the entire potato without reaching the end.
Bring to a boil with water and salt until softened, but not too much.
In a frying pan, melt the butter, place the potatoes, turn the sides and add the oregano, paprika, ground pepper.
Turn until you taste the spices.
Add lemon juice over them.
Remove from skillet and sprinkle chopped chives on top.
Serve next.
