- Garlic1/2 kg
- Mayonnaise100 ml
- Green Spice to taste
- Chimichurri to taste
- Lemon Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Juice of two lemons to taste
- Mash or process all the garlic, when it forms a paste add the mayonnaise.
- Mix well and add the green seasoning, chimichurri and lemon pepper.
- Mix well again and add the lemon juice.
- Finish with a little salt, mix and it's ready. A wonderful sauce for your barbecue.
- Enjoy your food.
