  • Cassava Flour1 cup
  • Saffron1 to taste
  • Salt1 to taste
  1. Fry the bacon, drain the fat and set aside.
  2. Fry the sausage and book.
  3. Heat the margarine or butter and brown the onion.
  4. Add the carrot, bacon and sausage.
  5. I used a flour that already has saffron, so it turned out very yellow. If you want it in this shade, add saffron to taste before adding the flour.
  6. Add the flour and stir well.
  7. Place the egg and taste the salt.
