Bate bem no liquidificador, o leite, o leite de coco, leite condensado, creme de leite, coco ralado e o amido de milho. Depois despeja em uma panela e leva ao fogo, mexe até engrossar.

Beat the milk, coconut milk, condensed milk, cream, grated coconut and corn starch well in a blender. Then pour it into a pan and take it to the fire, stir until it thickens.

Calda:
Coloca em uma panela a xícara de açúcar, a água e deixa derreter ate virar calda, depois acrescenta as ameixas e deixa engrossar e até virar doce de ameixa (cuidado só pra não cozinhar demais e a ameixa desmanchar). 

Syrup:
Place the cup of sugar and water in a pan and let it melt until it becomes syrup, then add the plums and let it thicken until it turns into plum jam (be careful not to overcook and the plums to fall apart).

Depois pega a forma, unta com óleo e despeja o creme e deixa gelar. Depois é só desenformar e colocar a calda de ameixa em cima.

Then take the form, grease it with oil and pour the cream and let it freeze. Then just unmold and put the plum syrup on top.
