- Dates200 g
- Water20 ml
- Soak the sockets for 12 hours. Remove the water and place the dates in the blender.
- Beat adding water little by little until it forms a homogeneous paste.
- Store in a glass container.
- The use of Tamara paste is an excellent alternative to using a lot of sugar in recipes.
- Make it and leave it ready, frozen, to be used when you decide to prepare a cake or pie.
- I'm also delicious passing the bread or waffle, like jelly.
