- Boil the milk, add the lemon juice, mix and let the milk curdle. If the milk does not curdle, turn the heat on again, let the milk boil a little longer and it will curdle. After the milk has curdled, pass it through a sieve until all the moisture is removed. You can press it with a spoon to make it easier. After removing all the moisture from the milk, take it to the blender with a pinch of salt, butter or margarine and, if necessary, 3 tablespoons of milk. Beat for approximately 5 minutes. Place the curd in a small pot and take it to the fridge until it cools down.
