- Toasted cassava flour1 cup
- Chopped Onion1/2 cup
- Lard2 tablespoon
- Ground Corn Tortilla1/4 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
- Lemon zest1/2 unit(s)
- Sweet paprika1 coffee spoon
- Sea Salt to taste
- Heat the lard in a pan and brown the onion well. Add the garlic and paprika, salt and mix.
- Reduce the heat and add the flour, stirring until the flour is toasted.
- Add the corn tortillas and toss for another 3 minutes.
- Add the lemon zest, adjust the salt and serve.
