  • Peel of two potatoes50 g
  • Alcohol Vinegar1 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  1. Wash the peels well, drain the water and add a spoon of vinegar to the peels, stir and let it rest for a minute.
  2. Along the rinds with vinegar add the wheat flour, oregano and salt and mix well.
  3. In a skillet, preferably Non-stick, melt a spoon of margarine and then place the shells and sauté well over medium heat.
  4. Use these peels as an accompaniment, it stays very dry and has crunchiness. I loved this taste.
