- Pastry dough200 g
- Shredded Chicken200 g
- Grated or crumbled ricotta1.1/2 cup
- Leek1 to taste
- Parsley1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper (optional)1 to taste
- Place the slices of pastry dough, without the plastic, inside (metal) cupcake molds, bake for 10-15 minutes at 240-260ºC, or until golden. Unmold and let cool
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the filling, taste and add more salt and pepper if necessary.
- Fill the crispy baskets with the stuffing, and that's it. If it's a cheese you want to melt, melt it with a blowtorch or put it in the oven very quickly.
