Sugar4 tablespoon
Rice2 cup
Oil2 tablespoon
Onion1/3 unit(s)
Mozzarella150 g
Sour cream1 unit(s)
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste

Cut the pineapple into cubes and heat it with the sugar over low heat until caramelized and set aside.
In another pan, put the oil and saute the onion and then the rice, put hot water and adjust the salt and continue cooking as if you were going to make ordinary rice.
