- Green smell1 to taste

- Quail Egg6 unit(s)
- Cook the green beans without salt and without seasoning. Reserve!
- In a pan, fry the meat in cubes and grind in a food processor or blender.
- Fry the bacon and set aside in a bowl lined with a sheet of paper to eliminate the fat.
- In a large pan add the crushed butter, onion and garlic and sauté. Then add the green beans with just 1 ladle of broth and mix. Add salt to taste, cottage cheese, cream, shredded sun-dried beef, bacon and finally the cubed cheese until boiling.
- To finish, decorate with pepper, quail egg and parsley.
