Place the bowl in the pan and stir with a wire whisk until it thickens and reaches a creamy porridge consistency – attention: the eggs continue to cook and harden with their own heat, be careful not to overcook and overcook, they can dry out. Immediately transfer to a plate and finish with a sprinkling of freshly ground black pepper. Serve next.
