  • Cabbage500 kg
  • Corn1 can(s)
  • Milk350 ml
  • Corn starch1 tablespoon
  • Carrot1 unit(s)
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Mozzarella cheese100 g
  • Seasonings (I used: saffron, coloral and salt) to taste
  1. Beat the corn and milk in the blender for approximately 2 minutes, then add the corn starch and beat for another 30 seconds and set aside.
  2. In a pan put 1 tablespoon of butter, onion (minced), garlic (crushed) and brown.
  3. Then add the cabbage (cut into strips) mix for it to give that slight decrease, after add the carrot (grated) and mix well.
  4. After Add the cream that was made in the blender and the seasonings (saffron, paprika and salt) mix.
  5. Transfer to a refractory and finish with the cheese on top.
  6. Take it to the oven for approximately 20 minutes for the cheese to melt and give that gratin 🤤 (I set the oven to 200° degrees).
