- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped coriander2 tablespoon
- Brown rice1 cup
- Tomatoes without skin and without seeds, chopped2 unit(s)
- Sour cream2 can(s)
- In a pressure cooker, place the beans in a liter and a half of cold water and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes. Turn off the fire, wait for the pressure to release and mix the MAGGI Broth. In another pan, heat the oil and brown the onion. Add half the cilantro, rice and tomato and sauté well. Add the beans with the broth and mix well. Cover the pan and cook until the rice is cooked, moist and creamy, about 30 minutes. Turn off and mix the NESTLÉ Milk Cream. Sprinkle the remaining cilantro and serve.
