Leve o leite para esquentar, quando estiver formando bolinhas para fervura pode desligar o fogo,esse é o ponto. Após desligar, acrescente o limão aos poucos e vá misturando , reserve por uns 10 minutos até coalhar.

Em um recipiente com peneira, coloque o leite coalhado para escorrer ,não precisa apertar ,apenas deixe escorrer todo o soro.

Feito isso ,leve a massa branca da peneira no liquidificador e bata bem , acrescente o sal ou o tempero da sua preferência e bata novamente, Pronto e delicioso!

Dica: Se na hora de bater ,fica muito grosso ,você pode acrescentar uma colher do soro até chegar na consistência que desejar. Comenta aqui a baixo o que achou da receitinha.
