- boil the milk,
- after boiling add the vinegar and mix,
- wait for the mixture to curdle (about 5 minutes) throw all the mixture in a VERY fine sieve or strain with a cloth,
- the whey will be removed and only the cheese will remain,
- put this cheese in the blender with the butter and beat very well,
- scrape the blender, (if necessary add spoons of milk until it reaches the point and gets very creamy!
