  • liter of WHOLE milk1 l
  • tablespoons of vinegar4 tablespoon
  • heaping tablespoons of salted butter2 tablespoon
  • Milk to make the point0 to taste
  1. boil the milk,
  2. after boiling add the vinegar and mix,
  3. wait for the mixture to curdle (about 5 minutes) throw all the mixture in a VERY fine sieve or strain with a cloth,
  4. the whey will be removed and only the cheese will remain,
  5. put this cheese in the blender with the butter and beat very well,
  6. scrape the blender, (if necessary add spoons of milk until it reaches the point and gets very creamy!
