  • Couscous1 cup
  • Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
  • boiling water1 cup
  • Vegetables of your choice1 cup
  • Salt and spices to taste
  • olive oil1 tablespoon
  1. Chop 1 clove of garlic and sauté with 1 tsp of olive oil. Add water and let it boil.
  2. Add the couscous in a bowl, add salt to taste and pour in the boiled garlic water. Mix to spread the salt and cover to muffle for 10 minutes.
  3. Cook vegetables in water or steam until al dente.
  4. Saute the rest of the chopped garlic with olive oil and add the vegetables. Season with salt and whatever ingredients you prefer.
  5. Mix the vegetables in the couscous and serve.
