  • Corn flour6 cup
  • Strawberry300 g
  • Chestnut80 g
  • Salt20 g
  • Sugar1/2 cup
  • Water150 ml
  • Sour cream150 g
  1. In a bowl, combine the corn flour with the salt, add water, wetting without excess. Then let it rest for 10 minutes with some cloth on top.
  2. Then cut the strawberry, put it in the pan with sugar and cream. Mix well until it forms a paste.
  3. Then take the couscous mass that was resting and put it in a water bath for 20 minutes. When ready, place the strawberry paste on top of the couscous and the recipe is done.
