- Margarine3 tablespoon
- Water500 ml
- In a bowl, mix the couscous and salt, add the water and let it rest for 3 minutes.
- In a couscous pan, add the water and bring to a boil, add the couscous and cook for 10 minutes.
- In a frying pan, place the tomato, the chopped onion and the margarine, leave for 1 minute, place the eggs, stir and add the salt, leave for 2 minutes, turn off the heat and mix the couscous, stir everything and serve
