- Water1/5 cup
- In a bowl, mix the couscous, salt and water and let it rest for 3 minutes.
- In a couscous pan, add the mixture and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
- In a frying pan, put the eye and let it heat up, add the already salted fish and let it fry for 5 minutes
