- Couscous250 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Margarine1 to taste
- In a bowl, mix the couscous, salt and add water little by little, mix well and let it rest for 3 minutes.
- In a couscous pan, add water and bring to a boil, add the couscous and cook for 10 minutes.
- In a frying pan add the margarine let it melt add the egg let it fry
- In a bowl, mix the couscous with the egg.
