- Shredded chicken (boneless breast)500 g
- Corn flour200 g
- Tomato sauce sachet1 unit(s)
- Corn and peas1/2 cup
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Heart of palm2 tablespoon
- Boil the eggs and slice them, arrange the slices around the oiled pan with holes to decorate
- Cook and shred the chicken, mix it with the corn, the peas, the tomato sauce, the hearts of palm, sauté everything very well
- Add 1/2 cup of water to the chicken stew, season well with salt, black pepper and the seasonings you want and finish by adding the corn flour and mixing well
- Take the mixture to the mold and wait 10 minutes out of the fridge just for the flour to set, unmold and serve
