  • Shredded chicken (boneless breast)500 g
  • Corn flour200 g
  • Tomato sauce sachet1 unit(s)
  • Corn and peas1/2 cup
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Heart of palm2 tablespoon
  1. Boil the eggs and slice them, arrange the slices around the oiled pan with holes to decorate
  2. Cook and shred the chicken, mix it with the corn, the peas, the tomato sauce, the hearts of palm, sauté everything very well
  3. Add 1/2 cup of water to the chicken stew, season well with salt, black pepper and the seasonings you want and finish by adding the corn flour and mixing well
  4. Take the mixture to the mold and wait 10 minutes out of the fridge just for the flour to set, unmold and serve
