  • Corn flour250 g
  • Tomato sauce4 tablespoon
  • Boiled Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Sliced Tomatoes1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Saffron to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Chopped Garlic1 tablespoon
  1. In a pan I added 2 tablespoons of olive oil, sauteed the garlic and onion, added the sardines, seasonings, sauce, peas, corn and 400ml of water.
  2. Before the water boiled, I added the corn flour and mixed well until it turned into a very creamy paste, turned off the heat, greased a pudding mold with 1 spoon of olive oil, at the bottom and on the sides of the mold I placed pieces of sardines, tomato slices and eggs, a little pea and corn, I put all the cooked dough inside the mold, I waited for it to cool down before taking it out of the mold.
