- Pasta for couscous400 g
- Butter to taste
- Salt to taste
- Water to hydrate200 ml
- In a bowl, place the salt, the couscous pasta and the water and stir, place in the fridge to swell for 7 minutes.
- After the time, take the couscous pan and put water on the bottom and the drain on top.
- Place the dough on top and cover.
- Bring it to a boil for 8 minutes.
