  • Rice2 cup
  • Onion and garlic1 to taste
  • Canned green corn1 can(s)
  • Pea1 cup
  • Chopped fresh carrots1 cup
  • Pepperoni sausage2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  1. Wash rice and set aside
  2. In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil and place the chopped sausage. Add the rice and salt and mix well.
  3. Add the carrot and other ingredients and add water to cover everything.
  4. Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes covered. Serve it hot
