  • Catupiry from a box1 unit(s)
  • Apricot Jam1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Sliced Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
  1. Carefully remove the entire catupiry from the box.
  2. Spread apricot jam on top.
  3. Heat the oil in a skillet and add the garlic flakes. When it starts to brown, turn off the heat.
  4. Toss on top of the curd with jam.
  5. Serve with toast!
