  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Wheat (or rice) flour1 tablespoon
  • Milk1 cup
  • Egg3 unit(s)
  • Yeast1 teaspoon
  • Parmesan100 g
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Nutmeg to taste
  1. In a pan, sauté the onion with the butter (if you want you can also add garlic).
  2. Add the corn and then the flour, stir well.
  3. Now enter the milk and mix well.
  4. Season to taste and add only half of the Parmesan.
  5. Now enter the yolks and mix well.
  6. Whip the egg whites and gently incorporate.
  7. Put the dough in greased shapes with butter and parmesan.
  8. Put the rest of the parmesan on top and take it to the preheated oven for approximately 20 min.
