  • Corn4 can(s)
  • Cottage cheese400 g
  • Milk2 cup
  • Flour4 tablespoon
  • Onion to taste
  • Garlic to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomato Extract to taste
  • Chimichurri to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Put oil, chopped onion and garlic in the pan
  2. After frying the garlic and onion, add the chicken chopped into small cubes, season to taste and then let it cook, leaving a small amount of sauce in the cooking. When the chicken is done, turn it off and go to the next step.
  3. In a blender, place the cans of corn with the water, cream cheese, milk and flour. Whisk all the ingredients together until smooth.
  4. Turn the chicken back on and add the sauce made in the blender, cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly until it thickens.
  5. To accompany the sauce, white rice and potato straw.
