  • sour starch7 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Water until set (1 to 2 liters) to taste
  • Stuffing (I used ground beef) to taste

  1. First put the water to boil, in a bowl put the corn flour and the sprinkle, knead the corn flour until you get a crumb texture. Put the salt and boiling water, and knead, first with the wooden spoon then with your hands, the dough has to be very smooth. Open this dough in a plastic, place the stuffing and fry until golden, pouring oil on top of the pastel so that they grow. Enjoy your food!
