Ingredients

  • Green corn without the canned water | 1 can(s)
  • Corn Starch or Wheat Flour | 1 tablespoon
  • Milk | 1 cup
  • Garlic cloves | 4 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion | 1/2 unit(s)
  • Green smell |  to taste
  • Salt | 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil | 1 tablespoon
  • Butter | 1 tablespoon
  • Sour cream | 1 unit(s)
  • Grated nutmeg (optional) |  to taste

Recipe

  1. Put corn, starch and milk in the blender and Blend for 2 min. Book some corn to put at the end.
  2. Start by browning the onion in the oil, then add the garlic. Let it braise for about 30 seconds and put the cream you made in the blender. 🌽 Tip: let the onion be toasted (without burning) before adding the garlic, give it a special touch.
  3. Let it cook for 2 minutes, stirring, to incorporate the flavors. Add the rest of the ingredients and the corn you saved. Stir everything and it's ready, super easy to make and it's delicious!
