Ingredients
- Green corn without the canned water | 1 can(s)
- Corn Starch or Wheat Flour | 1 tablespoon
- Milk | 1 cup
- Garlic cloves | 4 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion | 1/2 unit(s)
- Green smell | to taste
- Salt | 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil | 1 tablespoon
- Butter | 1 tablespoon
- Sour cream | 1 unit(s)
- Grated nutmeg (optional) | to taste
Recipe
- Put corn, starch and milk in the blender and Blend for 2 min. Book some corn to put at the end.
- Start by browning the onion in the oil, then add the garlic. Let it braise for about 30 seconds and put the cream you made in the blender. 🌽 Tip: let the onion be toasted (without burning) before adding the garlic, give it a special touch.
- Let it cook for 2 minutes, stirring, to incorporate the flavors. Add the rest of the ingredients and the corn you saved. Stir everything and it's ready, super easy to make and it's delicious!
