  • butter or margarine1 tablespoon

  • corn1 cup
  • milk350 ml
  • chicken broth1 unit(s)
  • corn starch11/2 tablespoon
  • milk4 tablespoon
  • sour cream1/2 can(s)
  • Salt to taste
  1. In a pan, place 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine and 1 chopped onion. Let it brown.
  2. Then add 1 cup of green corn and saute
  3. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the stir-fry.
  4. Transfer the rest of the saute to the blender.
  5. Then add 350 milliliters of milk and 1 tablet of chicken broth. Mix until you get a smooth mixture.
  6. Then transfer to a pan and add the beans that have been reserved.
  7. In a container, place 1 and a half tablespoon of cornstarch and dissolve in 4 tablespoons of milk.
  8. Then add the cornstarch to the pan and salt to taste.
  9. With a whisk, mix quickly to prevent lumps. Cook until thickened.
  10. Then add half a can of cream and mix again until incorporated.
  11. Serve immediately.
