- Corn starch or wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Blend the corn with the milk in a blender and set aside.
- Saute the chopped onion and garlic in butter, when the onion is translucent, add the starch and stir quickly.
- Add the corn beaten with milk, season with salt and pepper.
- Stir until thickened.
