- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Blend the corn and milk in a blender, set aside
- In a pan, heat the butter and sauté the onion (which must be crushed)
- Add the wheat flour in the same pan, stir very quickly and let it brown.
- Now add the milk and corn mixture to the pan.
- Continue stirring until it thickens, about + or - 5 minutes
