  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Wheat flour2 tablespoon
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Whole milk250 ml
  • Sazón sachet of vegetables1 unit(s)
  • Margarine2 tablespoon
  1. Start by grating or crushing the onion, brown it along with the margarine.
  2. While the onion is sautéing, beat the corn and milk in the blender.
  3. When the onion is already golden, put the wheat flour until it forms a dough, then add the beaten mixture of corn and milk little by little and stir until you form a homogeneous mixture and let it cook a little.
  4. Then add the cream and Sazón, if you don't like Sazón, adjust the salt and let it cook a little longer, then turn it off and serve.
