  • Milk1 teaspoon
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper1 to taste
  1. Before opening, wash and dry the corn cans. Open and pour the entire contents of one of them into the blender (reserve the other can for the stir-fry). Add the milk and beat for 2 minutes or until a smooth cream forms.
  2. Place a pan over medium heat and melt the butter. Add the onion and sauté until translucent, about 2 minutes. Drain the water and add the corn from the second can (reserve a spoon for decoration). Season with salt and pepper and cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Add the whipped cream and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring well. Turn off the heat and serve next, using the reserved corn for decoration. If desired, season with a little more pepper.
