- Milk1 cup
- Wheat flour1 tablespoon
- Margarine with salt1 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1/2 cup
- Sour cream200 g
- In a blender, beat half of the corn, milk and wheat flour. Reserve.
- In a pan, place the Claybom with salt and bring to the fire, add the onion, the rest of the corn and sauté.
- Add the whipped mixture and cook until thickened. Add the cream and cook until it starts to boil. Serve next.
