Cooked Corn Meal

Coloque a água na panela e leve para o fogo médio.  Adicione o fuba e mexa bem .

Put the water in the pan and bring it to a medium heat. Add the cornmeal and stir well.

Adicionei 1 fio de óleo e o sal . Mexendo sempre até começar a borbulhar.  

I added 1 tsp of oil and salt. Stirring constantly until it starts to bubble.

Assim que começar a ferver e engrossar tampe a panela e abaixe o fogo. E deixei cozinhar por uns 10 minutos para cozinhar o fuba . E assim que estiver soltando da panela pode colocar em um prato fundo e servir como quiser 

As soon as it starts to boil and thickens, cover the pan and lower the heat. And I let it cook for about 10 minutes to cook the fuba. And as soon as it's released from the pan, you can put it on a deep plate and serve as you like.
