Deixe de molho por 30 minutos o feijão, após a esse tempo tirar essa água e coloque da panela de pressão com uma nova água e leve para cozinhar por 20 minutos.

Em outra panela, refogue a calabresa e o bacon e quando estiver dourado acrescente a cebola e o alho e misture, deixe dourar.

Coloque uma concha de feijão cozido e misture, adicione sal, o açafrão e as folhas de manjericão e deixe ferver um pouco e depois misture com que sobrou na panela de pressão. Deixe ferver antes de servir.
