- Recipe
- Cherry tomatoes, halved400 g
- Olive oil to taste
- Garlic Cloves to taste
- Rosemary or Thyme to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Place the washed and halved tomatoes on a baking sheet.
- Season with salt, pepper and mix well.
- Drizzle with plenty of oil.
- Distribute garlic cloves and rosemary or thyme over the tomatoes.
- Bake in the oven for approx 30 minutes.
- You can make it with any type of tomato.
- Can be stored in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
