  1. Cut the tomatoes in half and the garlic into slices.
  2. Place the tomatoes in a pot that can go in the oven and place the seasonings on top of the tomatoes, pour the oil spreading throughout the refractory.
  3. Bake at 200 degrees for about an hour, remember that this time can vary from oven to oven.

  5. Place in sterilized jars, lasts for 15 to 20 days in the fridge.
