- Cherry Tomatoes500 g
- Olive oil to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Rosemary or Thyme to taste
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Wash and cut the tomatoes in half.
- Place them on a baking sheet and drizzle with oil, add some whole garlic cloves, salt and pepper and rosemary or thyme.
- Mix well and bake for Approx 20 minutes.
