- Black pepper, oregano and olive oil0 to taste
- Garlic head1 unit(s)
- Dry seasonings (I used onion, garlic and parsley)0 to taste
- Wash the tomatoes well and let them dry. I usually cut the tomatoes in half, but this time I did them whole.
- Place the tomatoes in a bowl that can be taken to the airfryer, add the seasonings, the sliced garlic and the olive oil.
- Note: if you want you can put a head of garlic cut in half, but it's very optional.
- Take it to the airfryer for 15min at 180°.
- Note: Every 5 minutes open and move the tomatoes.
