- Butter4 tablespoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Diced Bacon150 g
- • Chop the onion, garlic and bacon into small cubes. Grate the carrot in the fine grater
- • Heat a frying pan, add the oil and brown the bacon in it. When the bacon is almost done, add the onion and let it cook for 2 minutes.
- • Add the carrot and let it cook for another 2 minutes.
- • Add the garlic and sauté, stirring constantly so it doesn't burn, for another 1 minute.
- • Add the butter, let it melt and then add the flour, stirring until it starts to brown.
- • Finish with the raisins, the chopped boiled egg, the sliced olives and adjust the salt
