  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic (clove)3 unit(s)
  • Parsley (leaves)1 cup
  • Seedless raisins1/2 cup
  • Pitted Sliced Olives1/2 cup
  • Boiled Egg3 unit(s)
  • Panko flour3 cup
  • Butter4 tablespoon
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Diced Bacon150 g
  1. • Chop the onion, garlic and bacon into small cubes. Grate the carrot in the fine grater
  2. • Heat a frying pan, add the oil and brown the bacon in it. When the bacon is almost done, add the onion and let it cook for 2 minutes.
  3. • Add the carrot and let it cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. • Add the garlic and sauté, stirring constantly so it doesn't burn, for another 1 minute.
  5. • Add the butter, let it melt and then add the flour, stirring until it starts to brown.
  6. • Finish with the raisins, the chopped boiled egg, the sliced olives and adjust the salt
