Colorful and delicious rice

Numa frigideira coloquei um pouco de azeite e fritei a calabresa em fogo baixo, adicionei alho, cebola e o arroz e refoguei bem, acrescentei a cenoura e as batatas,sal e páprica a gosto, adicionei água quente até cobrir todo o arroz, deixei cozinhar até ficar bem macio.

In a frying pan I put a little oil and fry the pepperoni over low heat, add garlic, onion and rice and sauté well, add the carrots and potatoes, salt and paprika to taste, add hot water to cover all the rice, let it cook until very soft.

Quando começar a secar toda a água, acrescentei os tomatinhos,reguei com azeite,tampei a panela e deixei por 2 minutos em fogo baixo, finalizei com pimenta e cheiro verde. Ficou simplesmente delicioso e é super prático também 😉

When all the water starts to dry, I added the tomatoes, drizzled with olive oil, covered the pan and left it on low heat for 2 minutes, finishing with pepper and green smell. It was just delicious and it's super practical too 😉
