- Water3 cup
- Oil2 tablespoon
- 2 minced garlic cloves2 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion2 tablespoon
- Salt1 to taste
- Chopped cooked carrot1/2 cup
- Chopped Ham2 tablespoon
- Pea2 tablespoon
- Corn2 tablespoon
- Chopped Olives2 tablespoon
- Raisins1 to taste
- Chopped or dried parsley1 to taste
- Start by preparing the rice. Heat the oil and garlic in a pan and fry. Add the onion and sauté.
- Put the rice, mix and add the water. Season with salt, cover and bring to a boil.
- After cooking, mix the carrots, ham, corn, peas, olives and raisins with the rice.
- Season with parsley.
